Recipe for Baclava :)

As i said, i will start and publish a couple of recipes that i hope you will enjoy. We call it Baclava which is sort of a Turkish cake and it takes around 80 minutes to be ready. On the move

I finally managed to settle down in the new apartment.started U and for 3 weeks did have where to stay.. Every year,when moving time comes,i have problems with the sugar..i suddenly stop being so organized and start delaying the shots..and this trip for my sugar,lasted for almost a month..now it is really up to me to start spending the day around my health.. do u happen to have problems when or after moving? Training period..The end

Tomorrow is the last day.. the final conclusion..3 kilos lost..it is ok..running is better,flexibility increased..from 1st of september i will take up swimming seriously (watched the olimpic games and was impressed).. In the last days i had some lows due to extreme heat( 40 degrees Celsius)...i like water with honey as it is very quickly taken up by cells and increase sugar level and also help as a energy boost. Training stats 3

It's been a while...running is better,i started also to do some intervals and strength exercises that will help me improve speed.. In the last few days i began focusing on stretching..i still have 2 more weeks and wait to see the final result.. From September i will take up swimming again as it trains also upper and lower body part. Training stats 2

Hey everyone.. Just finished my first week of training and i start to feel good,the fatigue passed. I haven't introduced anything new,just started working on the upper body on friday and i am keeping up with the stretching.My blood sugar level was ok,i had a high of 203 on friday night but that was due to some event that really made me angry and it's the first time in 5 years that i cannot control myself. Training stats 1

As i promised after 2 days of training i will leave some remarks. Don't take this as granted,are just my personal experience.. So monday...first day...i took it slow, 7AM morning jogging..before i had some stretching and my blood sugar level was 115...as i said,i took it slow ran about 4km...i got home,took my sugar again and had 87..that was gooooood..i had the breakfast which from this day on will consist only cereals..then throughout the day,had an apple as a brunch and before lunch i was 10… Continue

Start training

So...i have decided...i must lose a few pounds... Playing tennis 4-5 times a week does mean that much when talking about calories burned..so this made me take action..my target....9-11 lbs(4-5 kilograms)...time....one month...i know it is difficult,so i might give myself another 2-3 weeks...
