Hey Gathoni, I moved the time but it's 8pm to 9pm EST (so lined with New York City, Washington DC, etc) and 8pm to 9pm GMT (England).
I believe you are 7 hours ahead of EST and 2 hours ahead of GMT if I did that correctly...so it'd be Monday 4AM or Sunday 10PM for you.
It's hard to make the times work for everyone :(
